1. General provisions
OTPGmail.net is an intermediary platform that rents out temporary Gmail addresses for receiving OTP verification codes from online services. We operate as a reseller and do not directly own the email addresses that are issued.
Users must be at least 18 years old and are fully responsible for all activity in their account.

Each order has up to 30 minutes to receive its first code. Once a code has arrived, you can receive additional OTP codes free of charge within 24 hours of the rental by using the "Get next code" button.

Whether a code arrives depends on third-party infrastructure providers and on the policies of each service you want to verify with. OTPGmail.net does not guarantee that 100% of orders will receive a code. If no code arrives within 30 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and refunded (see section 4).

Each account may have up to 100 orders waiting for a code at the same time (the admin may adjust this limit). Orders that have received a code (Completed) do not count toward this limit.

3. Top-ups & payment
3.1. Payment gateway
Top-ups are made by online bank transfer through the PayOS gateway using a QR code. The minimum top-up is 10,000 VND and the maximum is 5,000,000 VND per transaction.

Your balance is credited as soon as the bank confirms the transaction through the PayOS system. Payment links expire 15 minutes after they are created.

Your account balance does not expire. You can top up and spend it at any time while the system is in operation.

4. Refund policy
4.1. NO refund once an OTP has been received
Once an order has received its first OTP code, its status changes to "Completed" and it cannot be cancelled or refunded in any form, even if you do not use the code.

If an order has not received its first code after 30 minutes, the system cancels it automatically and refunds 100% of the rental price to your account balance. The refund is immediate and does not pass through any outside intermediary.

You can press the "Cancel" button to cancel an order at any time before the first code arrives. The system immediately refunds 100% of the rental price to your balance.

4.4. Topped-up balance is not refundable in cash
The balance in your OTPGmail account can only be used to rent services within the system. Unused balance is not refunded in cash. In exceptional cases (a system incident on our side), please contact support for consideration.

5. Prohibited conduct
Using the OTPGmail service for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
- Mass-registering accounts in order to send unsolicited messages, commit fraud, or violate the terms of third-party services.
- Using the service for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Vietnamese or international law.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities, launching DDoS attacks, or interfering without authorization with other users' data.
- Sharing or reselling your API key to third parties without written consent from OTPGmail.net.
- Using the service to verify accounts for the purpose of creating hateful or racist content, or violating other people's privacy.
Violating any of the above leads to permanent account suspension and may be reported to the competent authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
OTPGmail.net is an intermediary service and does not control the operations of email providers or third-party services. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by faults on the side of third-party infrastructure providers.
- Indirect damages, data loss, or business losses arising from not receiving an OTP code.
- Policy changes by third-party services that cause temporary Gmail addresses to be rejected.
- Any consequences arising from a violation of the terms in section 5.
In all cases, the maximum liability of OTPGmail.net shall not exceed the total amount you have topped up in the most recent 30 days.
7. Changes to these terms
OTPGmail.net may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the service after the terms change means that you accept the new terms.
