OTPGmail Refund and Warranty Policy: Rentals, Bulk, Gmail Accounts
This page sets out exactly when OTPGmail refunds you and when it does not, for each product: single rentals, bulk rentals, short-lived Gmail accounts and top-ups. Every refund goes to your OTPGmail balance, most of them automatically; the balance is not paid out as cash.
Definitions
- Waiting time: how long the first code has to arrive, counted from the moment you rent.
- First code: the first code or verification link the order receives.
- Stock source: where an inbox comes from (shown as a "warehouse" on the rental page); each source has its own price, stock and code rules, shown before you confirm.
- Balance: the money you have topped up into your OTPGmail account, kept in VND.
The short version
- Single rentals: no first code within the waiting time (25 minutes at most)? The order cancels itself and 100% goes back to your balance, usually within a minute; cancelling before the first code gets the same full refund.
- After the first code: the rental is complete — no cancellation, no refund.
- Own rules: a few services use a fixed window with no cancellation and no refund; those rules are shown before you confirm.
- Extra codes: depend on the service and the stock source; a paid extension at some sources is refunded automatically if no new email arrives within 20 minutes.
- Bulk rentals: no refund for inboxes that receive no code; only a shortfall or a batch that cannot be bought is refunded.
- Short-lived Gmail accounts: short deliveries are refunded automatically; the first-sign-in warranty (2 hours) gives you a replacement account or a refund to your balance, depending on stock.
- Balance: never expires and is not paid out as cash.
Single rentals: when you are refunded
Under the default rule, the first code must arrive within the waiting time: 25 minutes at most, shorter at some stock sources (for example 20 minutes). The waiting time for your order is shown on the rental page before you confirm.
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| The waiting time ends without a first code | The order cancels itself and 100% returns to your balance, usually within a minute; nothing to do |
| You cancel before the first code | 100% back to your balance immediately |
| The first code has arrived, even if you never use it | Complete: no cancellation, no refund |
| Out of stock when you rent | You are not charged |
| A service with its own rules | Those rules apply exactly as shown on the rental page (see below) |
| The stock source is down at the deadline | Refunded anyway, within about half an hour of the deadline |
Why a delivered code is final: once the first code is on your order page the job is done, and a code that has been delivered cannot be taken back.
Services with their own rules
A few services have their own rules, shown on the rental page before you confirm and applied instead of the default — for example a fixed 75-minute window, at most 4 emails, no cancellation and no refund if nothing arrives. With a fixed window, renting the same inbox again at 50% of the price opens a new 75-minute window. Read the rule note before you confirm.
More codes after the first
After the first code, more codes can arrive only if the service sends more than one code per inbox — many send just one. How long you can keep receiving depends on the stock source; the "OTP codes" line and the rule note on the rental page tell you before you confirm. There are three patterns:
- Within the order period: extra codes cost nothing within the 24-hour order period; for many Gmail inboxes, the inbox stays open only about 25 minutes after the latest code.
- Paid extensions: the first 6 hours (Gmail) or 12 hours (iCloud) cost nothing extra. After that, each press of "Get new code" asks you to confirm and then charges 50% of the rental price to open another 6 hours (Gmail) or 12 hours (iCloud); if no new email arrives within 20 minutes, that charge is refunded automatically. Codes can be received for at most 24 hours (Gmail) or 10 days (iCloud) after renting.
- Rent the same inbox again: with iCloud inboxes that OTPGmail manages itself, you receive every email from the service you rented for 24 hours at no extra charge; after that you can "Rent again" the same inbox at 50% of the current price, and the new rental has the same waiting time and refund rule as a fresh one.
Nothing is charged automatically: extensions and repeat rentals cost money only after you click and confirm.
Bulk rentals
Bulk rental: 1 to 200 inboxes per batch at the same unit price as a single rental, kept for 24 hours. Gmail batches give each inbox its own code link for scripts; iCloud batches are read on the batch page or through the API. Inboxes that receive no code are not refunded; only a shortfall or a batch that cannot be bought is refunded.
- A Gmail batch can include addresses that were issued before; the result page reports how many are duplicates, and they are still charged.
- Why inboxes are not refunded one by one: buying a batch buys the right to use the inboxes for 24 hours, not a promise of codes.
Short-lived Gmail accounts: delivery refunds
If fewer accounts are delivered than you paid for, or the purchase cannot be completed, the missing part is refunded to your balance automatically. Delivered accounts are not refunded or replaced except under the warranty below.
The first-sign-in warranty
The warranty covers only your first sign-in within 2 hours of purchase: if that first sign-in fails, contact support with the order ID and you get a replacement account or a refund to your balance, depending on stock. Once the first sign-in succeeds the warranty ends: a later lock or restriction by Google is not refunded or replaced, and for the "fresh" type changing the password, recovery email or phone number also counts as accepted.
- Covered: your first sign-in within 2 hours of purchase fails — for example the password is wrong or the quick login link does not open.
- Not covered: anything Google does after you have signed in successfully; captchas (Google is tightening captcha checks on short-lived Gmail accounts and OTPGmail does not solve captchas); a first sign-in attempted after the 2 hours have passed.
- Why it is scoped this way: OTPGmail answers for the account at the moment of delivery; once you have signed in, Google alone decides whether to lock the account or ask for more verification.
Before you buy, you have to tick "I have read and accept the terms", and those terms include this warranty.
How to make a claim
- Refunds for single rentals, paid extensions and short deliveries are automatic — no claim needed.
- For the warranty, a top-up that has not arrived or an unusual order, write to Telegram @toanmarket, Zalo 0932333802 or email [email protected] (see contact and support). For the warranty, write within the warranty period.
- Include your account email, the order ID or transfer reference (plus the transaction hash for crypto), which step failed with the exact error text, and when it happened.
- Support works during business hours, Vietnam time (GMT+7), with no fixed response time.
Top-ups and balance
Top-ups by Vietnamese bank QR, USDT/USDC or Binance ID are credited automatically, even if you leave the page. OTPGmail adds no top-up fee; network or exchange withdrawal fees are paid by the sender, and the USDT/USDC rate is locked when you create the order.
- You do not need to cancel a top-up order; it expires by itself. USDT/USDC that arrives up to 24 hours after the order expired is still credited, and the top-up page lets you enter the transaction ID to check right away.
- Still not credited? Send the top-up reference and the transaction ID to support.
- Your balance never expires, can be used only inside OTPGmail and is not paid out as cash; in exceptional cases caused by a fault on our side, contact support.
What we do not promise
- OTPGmail cannot guarantee that every service sends a code — that depends on the service and third-party infrastructure — which is why rentals without a code are refunded automatically.
- Google may lock a short-lived Gmail account or ask for more verification after the first sign-in.
- Services can change how they send codes at any time.
- USDT/USDC sent on the wrong network or in the wrong coin can be lost, as the top-up page warns.
- Accounts that break the acceptable use policy can be suspended.
Worked examples
- You rent an inbox and the waiting time ends with no code: the order cancels itself and you get 100% back as soon as it expires.
- The code arrived but you never used it: no refund.
- You buy 10 Gmail accounts and only 9 are delivered: the price of 1 account is refunded automatically.
- Half an hour after buying, your first sign-in reports a wrong password: contact support with the order ID for a replacement account or a refund to your balance.
- You signed in successfully and the account was locked 3 hours later: not covered.
- A batch of 50 inboxes has 8 inboxes without a code: no refund.
Changes to this policy
- October 2, 2026: first version, bringing together the refund rules in section 4 of the Terms of use and the product terms for short-lived Gmail accounts.
