What a temp Gmail account really is
Only Google issues @gmail.com addresses. There is no way to fabricate one on another server, so anything sold as a temp Gmail account is one of three things:

How a rented Gmail inbox works
Renting differs from buying a Gmail account, which comes with a password and every risk attached: it may get locked, the password may have leaked, and keeping it alive is your job. With a rental:

If the code does not arrive
