About OTPGmail: Gmail Inbox Rental and Short-Lived Gmail Accounts
OTPGmail (otpgmail.net) is an online service with two products. Gmail rental: you rent a real @gmail.com or @icloud.com inbox for one verification and read the code on your order page or through a REST API; you get no password and never sign in to the inbox. Short-lived Gmail accounts: you buy an @gmail.com account outright, delivered with its login details (a password, plus login cookies or a quick login link depending on the type), so you can sign in and use it right away; lifetimes are short and depend on the type. Renting gives you the code, not the login; buying gives you the login, not a long-term mailbox.
Operator: OTPGmail team, operated from Vietnam since 07/2026. otpgmail.net is the only official website of OTPGmail; it is not affiliated with otpgmail.com.

What OTPGmail does not do
- OTPGmail handles email only: it does not rent phone numbers or receive SMS.
- Rented inboxes are receive-only; you cannot send email from them.
- Renting an inbox does not give you a password. If you need an account you can sign in to, see buy short-lived Gmail accounts.
- OTPGmail does not sell iCloud or Apple accounts; iCloud is offered only as rented @icloud.com inboxes for receiving codes. The accounts you can sign in to that OTPGmail sells are short-lived Gmail accounts.
- OTPGmail does not solve captchas on purchased accounts.
- OTPGmail cannot guarantee that every service sends a code — that depends on the service and third-party infrastructure — which is why rentals without a code are refunded automatically.
Who uses OTPGmail
Use OTPGmail for legitimate purposes such as developer test accounts, QA, keeping projects or clients separate and signing up for services abroad, and follow each platform's terms; OTPGmail is not responsible for misuse. You must be at least 18 years old. What is allowed and what is not is spelled out in the acceptable use policy.

When something goes wrong
- Single rentals: no code within the waiting time (25 minutes at most)? The order cancels itself with a 100% refund, and you do not need to contact anyone. A few services have their own rules, shown on the rental page before you confirm.
- Short-lived Gmail accounts: if your first sign-in within 2 hours of purchase fails, contact support with the order ID for a replacement account or a refund to your balance, depending on stock.
- A top-up that has not arrived, or an unusual order: write to support with your account email and the order ID or transfer reference.
The complete rules are in the refund and warranty policy.

Frequently asked questions
Does OTPGmail sell Gmail accounts I can sign in to?
Yes. Besides renting inboxes for verification codes, OTPGmail sells short-lived Gmail accounts: you receive the email address and password, plus login cookies or a quick login link depending on the type, and you can sign in and use the account straight away. Lifetimes are short and differ by type, as described for each type on the buy page. The warranty covers your first sign-in within 2 hours of purchase: if it fails, contact support with the order ID for a replacement account or a refund to your balance, depending on stock. Renting an inbox, by contrast, gives you the codes but no password. Buy accounts on the "Buy short-lived Gmail" tab after you log in to OTPGmail — see buy short-lived Gmail accounts.
Is renting an inbox the same as buying an account?
No. Renting an inbox gives you the code, not the login; buying a short-lived Gmail account gives you the login, not a long-term mailbox. Rent when you need one verification code; buy when you need to sign in to a Google account for a short time.
Is OTPGmail a 10-minute mail site?
No. Rented inboxes are real @gmail.com and @icloud.com mailboxes from third-party suppliers, not addresses on a mail domain of OTPGmail's own. Codes show up on your order page or through the API, and orders that get no code are refunded automatically.
Where do OTPGmail's inboxes come from?
OTPGmail does not create mailboxes itself: inboxes and accounts come from third-party suppliers (some are iCloud inboxes that OTPGmail buys access to and manages itself). Each stock source has its own price, stock and code rules, shown on the rental page before you confirm.
