OTPGmail Acceptable Use Policy: What Is and Is Not Allowed
This policy sets out what you may use OTPGmail for, what is prohibited and what happens if you break the rules. In short: use OTPGmail for legitimate purposes such as developer test accounts, QA, keeping projects or clients separate and signing up for services abroad, and follow each platform's terms; OTPGmail is not responsible for misuse.
The short version
- You must be at least 18 years old, and you are responsible for all activity in your account.
- Allowed: test and QA accounts, keeping work, projects or clients separate, signing up for services abroad, legitimate secondary accounts, and automation through the API within the rate limits.
- Prohibited: five kinds of use from section 5 of the Terms of use, listed below.
- The terms of every platform you sign up to still apply in full.
- Breaking the rules leads to permanent suspension and may be reported to the competent authorities.
Who may use OTPGmail
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity in your account, including every call made with your API key. Keep your API key and your batch code links private: anyone with a code link can read its codes without an API key.
Allowed uses
- Developer and QA test accounts for testing sign-up and email-verification flows.
- Keeping work, projects or clients separate — for example an agency running a separate account for each client.
- Signing up for services abroad.
- Legitimate secondary accounts, where the platform allows them.
- Automation through the API within the rate limits.
Prohibited uses
Under section 5 of the Terms of use, you may not use OTPGmail for:
- Mass-registering accounts to send spam or other unsolicited messages, commit fraud or break the terms of third-party services.
- Fraud, money laundering or any activity that breaks Vietnamese or international law.
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities, DDoS attacks, or unauthorised access to other users' data.
- Sharing or reselling an API key to third parties without OTPGmail's written consent.
- Verifying accounts in order to create hateful or racist content or to violate other people's privacy.
Third-party platform rules
Every platform sets its own limits on how many accounts you may hold and how you verify them, and you must follow those limits. OTPGmail is not a party to your agreement with that platform: a rented inbox only helps you receive a code, it does not change what the platform allows. When in doubt, read the platform's terms before you sign up.
Short-lived Gmail accounts
Use purchased accounts for your own work: testing, a short-term inbox for a project, or a legitimate secondary account. Follow Google's terms; Google is tightening captcha checks on short-lived Gmail accounts and OTPGmail does not solve captchas. Do not use short-lived Gmail accounts to create accounts in bulk to mislead people. The warranty rules are in the refund and warranty policy.
API and automation
- Your API key belongs to your account; if it leaks, generate a new one on the Account page.
- By default, up to 20 requests per second and 900 per minute per key; up to 200 inboxes per rental request, and a cap on how many orders can wait for a code at the same time.
- Send an Idempotency-Key when you create orders so that retries do not rent twice.
- Gmail batch code links can be read without an API key, so share them only with people who need them.
Technical details are in the API documentation.
Consequences
Any prohibited use leads to permanent account suspension and may be reported to the competent authorities. OTPGmail is not responsible for consequences that arise from misuse of the service.
Reporting abuse
If you see OTPGmail being used for a prohibited purpose, report it through contact and support with the email address involved, the time and a short description.
Changes to this policy

Frequently asked questions
Can I create several accounts on the same platform?
That depends on the platform's terms — many limit how many accounts one person may hold. OTPGmail does not decide this; you must follow the platform's rules.
Is automation through the API allowed?
Yes, for legitimate purposes and within the default limit of 20 requests per second and 900 per minute per key. See how OTPGmail works.
Can I share my API key with someone else?
The Terms prohibit sharing or reselling an API key to third parties without OTPGmail's written consent. If your key has leaked, generate a new one on the Account page.
