Rent a Gmail inbox for Facebook Business (Meta business portfolio) emails
Prices and stock update automatically.
Facebook Business here means Meta's business tools: the business portfolio (formerly Business Manager) in Meta Business Suite, where Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and the people who access them are managed. You create a portfolio from your Facebook profile, enter a work email, and Meta writes to that address so you can confirm it.
OTPGmail rents real Gmail and iCloud inboxes, and the code or confirmation link appears on your order page. Know three things before you rent. Facebook is harder to receive codes from than most services. For Facebook's emails, Gmail orders currently get a code noticeably more often than iCloud ones. And Facebook Business itself has no published delivery figures yet; price, stock and conditions are on the rental page. When the waiting time (25 minutes at most) ends without an email, the order cancels itself and you are refunded in full. Prices are in the price list; when you are ready, rent an inbox.
Who uses a temp Gmail for Facebook Business?
- Agencies managing Pages and ads for clients, with a separate work address per project when a client asks them to set up or join a portfolio.
- Small shops that want the portfolio's notices off a personal inbox during confirmation, before moving to a long-term address on their own domain.
- Freelancers invited into a client's portfolio who want the invitation at an address used only for that project.
- Developers using Meta's APIs who need a portfolio for a test environment.
How does Facebook Business send verification codes?
Creating a business portfolio requires a Facebook profile. At business.facebook.com you click Create account, enter the business name, your name and a work email, then add business details. Meta emails that work address so you can confirm it, and invitations to join someone else's portfolio also arrive by email. The message may contain a link or a code, and your OTPGmail order shows whichever arrives.
Business verification works differently. If you confirm your connection to the business by email, Meta sends the code to an address on the same domain as the business website. A rented @gmail.com or @icloud.com inbox cannot meet that requirement, so use a company-domain email, a phone number or domain verification as Meta describes.
How to get your Facebook Business verification code with a rented inbox
- Log in to Facebook with your real profile, open business.facebook.com and choose to create an account (business portfolio).
- In OTPGmail choose Facebook Business, pick Gmail (preferred for Facebook's emails) and click Rent now.
- Enter the business name and your name, paste the rented address into the work email field, then add business details.
- Watch your order page: the message shows as soon as it arrives, 25 minutes at most. Open the link or enter the code in the browser where you are logged in to Facebook.
- Add a second admin, such as the business owner, so the portfolio does not depend on one person.
- Change the business email to a long-term address, ideally on the company domain, because a rented inbox receives mail only during the order period.
Tips for using a rented inbox with Facebook Business
- Prefer Gmail for anything Facebook. There is still no guarantee of a code, and orders without one are refunded in full.
- Meta requires real identities and business details. Give true information for both the business and each admin.
- Agencies with several clients: record which address belongs to which project and hand over as soon as setup is done; see bulk Gmail rental for teams and agencies. Follow Meta's terms and advertising policies; OTPGmail is not responsible for misuse.

Facebook Business inbox pricing
| Inbox type | Price / inbox | In stock | Refund |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gmail @gmail.com | $0.025 (650 VND) | 99k+ | 100% if no code within 25 minutes |
| iCloud @icloud.com | $0.014 (350 VND) | 65 |
Extra codes cost nothing within the order period when the service sends more than one; the limit and time window are shown before you rent. Need many inboxes at once? Use bulk rental (same unit price as a single rental). Automating it? See the API docs (the domain parameter selects gmail.com or icloud.com).
Frequently asked questions about temp Gmail for Facebook Business
How is Facebook Business different from the Facebook service?
Facebook covers emails sent to a personal profile, such as sign-up and login codes; for those, rent Facebook. Facebook Business covers business-side emails, such as work-email confirmation and portfolio invitations. Renting the matching service helps the system recognize the right emails.
Can a rented Gmail verify my business with Meta?
Not by email. For that step Meta needs an address on your business website's domain. Use a company-domain email, a phone number or domain verification instead.
My ad account is restricted. Can I start a new portfolio with a rented Gmail?
OTPGmail does not support that. Restrictions are handled through Meta's review; a new portfolio or new assets created to avoid them are not a fix and can break Meta's policies.
